ABOUT US
Storyteller of Ability and Difference.
Promoter of Inclusion and Access.
I help organizations and communities re-imagine disability not as a set of deficits, but as a powerful source of insight, leadership, and innovation. Through keynote talks, workshops, and strategic consulting, I partner with educational institutions, nonprofits, and progressive companies to build inclusive environments where neurodiverse and disabled individuals thrive.

Who We Serve
We collaborate with educational systems and mission-driven businesses seeking to embed disability access into their culture, policies, and environments. From school campuses to corporate workplaces, we help organizations remove barriers, elevate disabled voices, and build sustainable inclusion.
What We Provide
We offer keynote speeches that challenge perspectives on neurodiversity, disability justice, and parasport; data-informed neurodiversity audits that reveal structural access gaps; and workshops that build disability community, leadership, and justice within your organization. Each service delivers actionable steps toward meaningful, sustainable inclusion.
Why This Work Matters
This work matters because it transforms how organizations, schools, and communities understand and engage with disability and neurodiversity. By centering lived experiences, advocating for systemic change, and providing actionable strategies, it creates environments where disabled and neurodivergent individuals can thrive—not just belong.

“David White stands out as one of the most impactful advocates that I have had the pleasure of working with throughout my career. Both through his work as a leader at Eye to Eye, and as a Young Adult Facilitator working for the state of Nevada’s Department of Education, David has always gone above and beyond to support the needs of marginalized young people. And I am sure he will be an asset to any team.”
